The Golf Shop at Elanora is one of the finest in Sydney with a comprehensive range of equipment, apparel and accessories along with a range of services including individual and group lessons, club-fitting utilising the latest in launch monitor and put lab technology, a full range of golf carts (with in-cart gps), electric buggies, club storage and expert golfing advice from our experienced PGA staff.

Golf Shop Services

The Golf Shop at Elanora is a one stop shop for all golfing services and equipment required for our members and guests. The Golf Shop was renovated in 2016 and now combines a newly renovated showroom along with a state of the art dual Coaching and Club fitting studio, the golf shop is now the hub for all things golf at Elanora.  

Whether it be booking assistance, golfing query, tuition or equipment fitting and sales, and with 5 PGA staff along with a dedicated service team the Golf Shop can assist with all your golfing needs.

 The Golf Shop has made a strong commitment to demonstration clubs for use on the course but more significantly, has an indoor fitting and putting studio utilizing the latest launch monitor, image capture and putting analysis technology available.  All the staff look forward to making your next golfing experience as memorable as possible.

In conjunction with the online private lesson bookings with our PGA Professionals, the team runs a number of Coaching Programs from beginner to advanced golfers.  These include a regular Junior Development Program, Beginner Programs for New Members, as well as a number of short term programs such as the Pilates for Golf, Get Fit for Golf, and the Psychology of Golf programs.  If members have any questions relating to these upcoming programs they should contact the Golf Shop team for more information. 

Coaching & Club Fitting Studio

The Elanora Golf Shop is now home to two state of the art Coaching and Club-Fitting Studios.  The first of these is a full swing studio utilising the Trackman 4 Launch Monitor System.  This will provide members with advanced feedback in the areas of ball flight and clubhead dynamics, as well as allowing simulated play on some of the world’s top golf courses, such as St Andrew’s,Pebble Beach, Bay Hill and Bethpage Black.

The second studio is a putting studio utilising SAM Puttlab Technology.  This allows accurate tracking of the putter head through the entire stroke and its effect on roll.  This system is in use by the majority of tour professionals around the world and takes the guess work out of how to fix your putting stroke, or in choosing a new putter.

Playing golf to a standard you will enjoy is the ultimate goal for most golfers, this is a goal that many strive on their own to achieve and often without success.  Our expert coaching team can help make your golfing goals a reality. Led by Head Teaching Professional, Gavin Sutherland, Golf Operations Manager, Brett Parker and Assistant Professional, Gillian Rae.  All are highly qualified PGA Professionals and have had long teaching careers helping golfers of all standards to enjoy the game of golf to its fullest.

Lessons are available 7 days a week by appointment, and can cover anything from a private half hour lesson to a nine hole playing lesson. Bookings can be made online or by phoning the Golf Shop on (02) 9913 7330. 

Lessons Packages

There are a range of lessons packages for multi lesson purchases.  Please contact the Golf Shop for details on pre-purchase lessons, lesson vouchers, playing lessons and indoor studio vouchers.

In addition to private lessons the Golf Shop also hosts a number of clinics for both men and ladies throughout the year.  These often cover a particular area of the game such as putting.  Watch out for these in the club newsletter.

Junior Golf Program

Every school holidays a children’s golf and tennis clinic is held over two days.  These clinics introduce keen young golfers to all aspects of the game.  This is the perfect entre to the soon-to-begin junior golf program which the club hopes will turn enthusiastic young golfers into full members of the club.

Carts & Buggies

To make your next game easier and more enjoyable the club has a number of buggies options to choose from.  The hand held pull buggies are available at no cost, electric buggies can be hired at a cost of $10 while fully motorised drive carts can be hired after making a booking.

Club Storage

Once your practice or round of golf is completed, clubs can be stored in the Golf Shop’s storage facility. The Golf Shop has plenty of room available where the clubs are cleaned, stored and put out for your next round, without the need to take them back and forth from home.
